Who We Are
After more than a decade in freight, I came to believe the biggest problem in this business isn't capacity. It's communication. I worked inside a nine-figure brokerage, then helped grow another from $12 million to $45 million. Along the way I saw how fast one missed phone call can wreck a shipper's week.
You can't control everything that happens on the road. You can control how quickly the shipper hears about it. In my executive roles I brought in technology to give our people more time with customers and carriers, not to replace them.
I founded Bay Transit Co to run freight that way. If anything changes, you hear it from us first, with the new time and the reason. I'm a TIA Certified Transportation Broker, and my name is on the company.
